Interwell BV

Interwell BV is an independent drilling company. The company was established by its three shareholders in 2005 and is registered in the Netherlands. Cofely Oil & Gas BV is one of the main shareholders.

Interwell operates, maintains and develops a rig fleet that can economically and safely carry out a full range of state of the art, drilling and well services.

Offshore Solutions BV 

Offshore Solutions BV is an independent company, established in 2007 and registered in the Netherlands. The shareholders are Cofely Oil & Gas B.V. and Amec Natural Resources.

Offshore Solutions' core business is the provision of marine access systems to the oila and gas, windfarm and marine industries.
